The I-Image allows us to capture even the finest details of your artwork, ensuring a flawless transfer every time.
Exposure: Once the design has been imaged onto the screen, we expose it to intense light. The light hardens the emulsion in all areas except where the design has been printed. This step is critical for creating the stencil that will guide the ink onto your apparel.
Revealing the Design: After exposure, we carefully wash out the unexposed areas of the screen to reveal the design. This allows the ink to pass through the screen in the exact shape of your artwork, ensuring clean, sharp lines.
